Quality Policy

  1. We promise to continue to pursue safety and security to establish optimum quality of services to be relied on by our customer and society.
  2. We also promise to build up quality control system to cover overall business activities of ours according to PDCA flow of works; setting up of various in-house standards and observance of laws and regulations (PLAN), execution of works following our performance norms (DO), reviewing performance by our management norms (CHECK), finding and recording of necessary improvements to be done(ACTION).
  3. Appointment of QC supervisors being in charge of quality control at our head office and at every branch office as well: the QC supervisors should make planning of activities to execute setting up of ‘Quality Target’. The quality committee should be held periodically at every branch office as well as the head office in order to discuss the contemporary status of quality to proceed to improve.
    All of us should perceive this Quality Policy observing laws and regulations together with our in-house standards to proceed to the improvement of every quality.

Details of Activities

Guideline of Quality Control Activities

In order to execute and continue to observe the Quality Policy effectively and efficiently, we are to set a guideline of quality control activities as follows:
  1. Participation by all the members (thorough perception): All the members should completely understand the principles of the Quality Policy and its performance manuals to execute definite works. And everyone is requested to keep the concept of continual improvement in mind and perform his/her work smoothly, effectively and efficiently. The Quality Policy and Quality Target should be notified at the designated place in every office as well as to be filed and at the same time should be known to everyone through occasional meetings.
  2. Giving the first priority to Customers First Policy: We should always foresee the needs of customers to establish the services to meet them to perform effectively and efficiently as well as specifically.
  3. Maintenance and Improvement of Quality: The Head Office should perform the periodical inspections of all the other business locations in order to promote the maintenance and improvement of quality.
With the execution of the activities mentioned above, we promise to perform physical distribution services with safety and security.


Specific Activities regarding Quality Control

Management of Customers Complaint
Management System of Customers' Complaints.
We have established the database of the complaints from our customers for unified management of such information to prevent the recurrence of the kind.
6S Check
Order, neat arrangement, cleanliness, well-mannered behavior and safety. (the slogan for quality control with six points)
What we should do is to confirm 50 items of in-house standards. The control items of our own warehouses (22) and those of partners (37 Sales Depots) have been standardized to improve the level of workplace quality altogether.
The quality committee
Twice annual Nation-wide Quality Control Supervisors' Meetings
The supervisors in charge of quality control meet together twice a year in order to maintain and improve the company-wide quality of services.

Targeting to contribute to the improvements of consciousness of quality control and working efficiency, we give awards to the excellent pieces of slogans from all the offices and associates.
