The Harumi FFC (Fulfillment Center) is a model facility being established with the aggregation of the facilities which might be required to mail-order business such as Contact Center (for telephone communication), Delivery Center, and Operation Center (for computer operation system) to be contained in Otsuka Warehouse’s building at Harumi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
Our duty is to offer overall support for every work which is necessary to perform mail-order business.

We would like to correspond with flexibility to a wide variety of requirements of our customers ranging from the full support for overall mail-order system to the customized supports (being focused on the specific functions chosen by the customer such as order-taking work, physical distribution and the like).
